Her career spans business administration, personal and executive assistance, secretarial support, sales and marketing administration, data management and customer engagement. Through these roles, Nurul has developed strong capabilities in operations coordination, stakeholder management, document control, scheduling, reporting and the confidential handling of sensitive information.
As Operations Manager of PPA Consulting Partners Malaysia, Nurul will play a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day delivery of the firm’s services across Student Concierge, Residency & Relocation, Premium Real Estate, and Market Entry & Business Services. Her understanding of the Malaysian environment will be particularly valuable in supporting international clients as they navigate unfamiliar systems, institutions and local processes.
Working closely with PPA Malaysia’s leadership team, Nurul will coordinate client engagements, internal workflows and relationships with local partners and service providers, helping ensure that every client interaction reflects PPA’s standards of discretion, reliability, responsiveness and personalised service.
