Ifrah Mohamed

Ifrah Mohamed is an experienced operations and talent leadership professional with over a decade of international experience spanning Switzerland and the UAE. As Director of Operations of PPA Consulting Partners Malaysia, she brings a strategic, people-focused and commercially driven approach to building the operational infrastructure required to support the firm’s growth in Malaysia and across neighbouring Southeast Asian markets.

Throughout her career, Ifrah has held senior talent acquisition, recruitment and leadership positions with international organisations including Join Talent Switzerland, MENA Energy, Delta Partners Group and Oliver Wyman. Her experience has provided her with extensive exposure to executive search, global recruitment, stakeholder management, talent strategy, client engagement and the development of scalable people and operational processes across diverse industries and international markets.

This international background has given Ifrah a strong understanding of how successful organisations bring together people, processes, partnerships and service delivery. Her ability to build effective operating structures while maintaining a highly personalised client experience is particularly aligned with PPA Consulting Partners’ concierge-led approach to serving international investors, entrepreneurs, professionals, students and families navigating new markets.

As Director of Operations, Ifrah will lead the strategic and operational development of PPA Consulting Partners Malaysia, working closely with the Managing Director and PPA’s international leadership to translate the firm’s growth strategy into effective execution. She will be responsible for establishing robust operational frameworks, coordinating service delivery, strengthening internal processes, developing strategic partner and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that clients receive a seamless and consistently high standard of service.

Her role will be particularly important in supporting the delivery and expansion of PPA Malaysia’s four principal service areas: Student Concierge, Residency & Relocation, Premium Real Estate, and Market Entry & Business Services. Ifrah will help ensure that these services operate as an integrated platform, enabling clients to access multiple solutions through a single trusted relationship with PPA.

Beyond Malaysia, Ifrah will support the development of operational capabilities and strategic partnerships across neighbouring Southeast Asian markets as PPAexpands its regional footprint. Her international experience will be instrumental in helping the firm establish scalable systems and service standards that can be replicated across new markets while preserving the discretion, personal attention and trusted relationships that define the PPA brand.

Known for a strategic and collaborative leadership style, Ifrah combines strong commercial awareness with a deep understanding of people and organisational performance. Her ability to connect strategy with execution will be central to PPA Consulting Partners Malaysia’s ambition to build a trusted, internationally connected advisory and concierge platform for clients seeking opportunities across Malaysia, Southeast Asia and PPA’s wider global network.
