Aicha Maka-asseko is the Founder and Global Managing Director of PPA Consulting Partners, a private advisory house serving individuals, families, entrepreneurs and businesses navigating opportunities across Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Having lived and worked in the UAE for over a decade, Aicha built her career within the legal and financial services industry, with expertise spanning corporate governance, corporate services, compliance and the sophisticated requirements of high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses. Her professional experience includes working with leading international law firms, including Walkers and Maples, as well as within prominent family office environments in the UAE.

This experience has given Aicha a deep understanding of the discretion, responsiveness and exacting standards expected by HNWI clients, international investors and sophisticated businesses. Over the years, she has cultivated an extensive cross-border network of carefully vetted professionals, institutions and service providers, giving PPA a distinctive ability to connect clients with trusted expertise, opportunities and solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

As Global Managing Director, Aicha leads the overall vision, international strategy and growth of PPA Consulting Partners across its presence in the UAE, Africa and Malaysia. She oversees the firm’s global direction while working closely with its regional leadership to ensure that every market operates according to PPA’s standards of discretion, excellence, integrity and personalised service.

Her role combines visionary leadership, relationship architecture and institutional stewardship, while guiding PPA’s advisory offering across global mobility and relocation, premium real estate, corporate and market-entry advisory, student concierge and private lifestyle services.
